At Heidi Klein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons

How to Return

2. Follow the instructions to print your return label
3. Package your items securely and ship them back to us

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

• For size exchanges, please place a new order online
• Return your original items following the standard return process

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
